Lisa started her career as a tax lawyer at some of the world's biggest companies. Her love for fashion then inspired a career change and she moved to Witchery to manage their loyalty program which had 1M+ members at the time.

Along the way, Lisa discovered the power of social media and decided to start her first digital agency in 2017 called CODI Agency which specialises in social media management and content creation.

She went down the Web3 rabbit hole in 2021 and founded Mooning in January 2022. Mooning is a Marketing and Consulting Agency focused on helping brands find success in this new phase of the internet.
