About the presenter:

George Haramis
CEO and Co-Founder of Fiduciary Financial Advice 

George has been involved in the financial services industry for 35 years.

During that time he has held a number ofexecutive positions with both domestic and international based groups, inc: Head of Advice, ANZ Private Bank; Principal at Mercer; General Manager at Perpetual Private Clients; Managing Director at RetireInvest AFS,L as well as commencing several financial service business during the past 10 years.

He is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Fiduciary Financial Advice – a financial services organisation, established to develop digital based, cost-effective advice solutions for working Australians for under $ 400 per topic. Fiduciary focus is to promote its value proposition to the mass market (i.e. 80% of working Australians) who are in need of both affordable and accessible professional advice. Fiduciary’ key client is H&R Block, and they are currently the preferred financial adviser to approx.: 1.50m people.

Todd O’Neill

Todd has spent 30 years in finance, originally working for NAB before moving to London where he worked for the Industrial Bank of Japan and then managed the finance function of projects for Accenture across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Belgium and The Netherlands.  For the past 20 years he has focused on helping businesses obtain the right type of finance, at the right price for his clients, not the bank.  Todd is currently the Managing Director of a new firm, Xenium Group, a business focused on helping accounting practices become more efficient, effective and profitable.   Xenium Group helps accountants spend more time assisting their clients with all of their financial needs including finance, property investment and financial planning advice.  

Todd is currently engaged by Mortgage Choice as its commercial finance support consultant and is retained by the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia) to train residential mortgage brokers on how to facilitate business and commercial finance options in their business.
