Learn the secrets of holding career conversations to ensure you and your team are connected and invested in their career development.

Greg Smith and Diane Kane, experts in executive and leadership coaching and career management, will share fascinating insights into why all leaders more than ever need to really care about employee career development and truly connect with their employees.

Greg will discuss his book ‘Career Conversations, how to get the best from your talent pool’ recently published by Wiley. Career Conversations shows, in a highly practical way, how leaders can guide their employees to achieve career satisfaction by taking an active, dynamic and ongoing interest in their development.

Tune into this must see webinar to discover:

  • Why it’s so important in today’s rapidly changing work environment for leaders to incorporate the capability to hold effective career conversations into their leadership routine;
  • Why many leaders feel ill-equipped to discuss and gauge the career satisfaction of their employees (and risk losing their top performers to competitors!) and what they can do about it;
  • Why this is fundamental for senior leaders.
