I have been working in the advertising and marketing sector for 25 years as a planner and marketing consultant. I have been a director at a leading health advertising agency, general manager in consumer health publishing, and director of a medical education agency.
I have worked with a range of companies and brands, including Astra Zeneca, Mosman Fine Dental, Caswell Healthcare, MSD, Schering-Plough, Allergan, Westmead Fertility Centre, Monash University, Sportitude, MIA Radiology, Positive Rehab, Emerging Minds, Flinders University, Roche, and Friends of the Women’s & Children’s Hospital.
I have also worked with professional associations, including Australian & New Zealand Head and Neck Cancer Society, Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals, Palliative Care QLD, Collaborative Professionals NSW, Australasian Hepatology Association, Australian Society of Orthodontists, and Southern Cancer Care.
I am a Certified Practicing Marketer and Professional Member of the Australian Marketing Institute. I have served on the State Executive, mentored in the Graduate Program, and judged at the National Marketing Awards.
I have also judged at the International Creativity Awards and each year I present to final year students at the Central Michigan University (USA) on 'Getting Your Ideas Approved'.
More recently, I've been involved in the award winning project, where the brand AICAFMHA (Australian Infant Child and Adolescent Mental Health Association) was transitioned to the newly created brand, Emerging Minds.
