Harness AI’s Transformative Potential to Unlock Business Value
10 weeks | 8 modules /Video Lectures | 1 Feb - 22 April 2026
There’s no shortage of evidence that keeping existing customers loyal pays off, Bain & Company reports it can cost up to seven times more to acquire a new customer than to retain one.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping industries from marketing and finance to media and design. Yet many organisations still struggle with poor data practices, unclear strategies, and limited internal capability, preventing them from realising AI’s full business value. Research from Boston Consulting Group shows that only 26% of companies have the skills to move beyond pilot projects and deliver meaningful outcomes.
To help leaders close this gap, Kellogg Executive Education has created the AI Strategies for Business Transformation program. Designed for forward-thinking executives, it explores how to use AI, especially generative AI responsibly and effectively across an organisation. Over eight weeks, participants learn practical frameworks, real-world applications, and ways to use AI agents to lift productivity, drive growth, and accelerate innovation.
Through case studies, industry examples and a capstone project, the program provides clear, sustainable approaches for building organisational capability and managing the data, cost, value, and workforce impacts of AI.
