Jed brings a unique blend of qualifications in both Marketing and Psychology. Having served as Strategy Director at Mars Petcare in Europe and later as Chief Marketing Officer for Carman’s Foods in Australia, he integrates knowledge of consumer psychology with extensive commercial experience.


Dr. Romina Mueller

Director at T garage / Dr. in Sociology

Romina is a Dr. of Sociology; she has actively implemented diversity policies in educational settings and researched/published on gender and diversity/inclusion related topics. Romina is also an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher at T garage, leading many commercially focused programs.


Keven Crouch

Kevin has 20 years of marketing and insight experience working with service brands in the UK and Australia. He is passionate about understanding the needs of consumers who experience vulnerability and has worked closely with many banks, insurers and the financial regulator on defining strategies to serve these consumers better.
