Coaching our direct reports is an essential tool for driving individual and organisational success.
Employees that receive coaching on a regular basis are more likely to be highly engaged, perform better and be better at problem solving and innovation. Coaching helps employees set clear goals, develop skills they need to be successful and tackle challenges more effectively.
In this workshop we introduce participants to the importance of coaching and through role plays and real life scenarios give participants to practice coaching techniques in a safe environment.

Learning Outcomes
This workshop will help participants build the skills and confidence needed to integrate effective coaching into their daily routines, enhancing both individual and team performance. At the conclusion, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to have a coaching conversation that is going to uncover roadblocks, help employees problem solve and establish greater accountability from team members which will in turn boost performance of employees and allow them to delegate more.

Program Experience
The Workshop will be delivered online using Microsoft Teams. It will involve a combination of structured learning with activities and role plays along with open discussion encouraging peer to peer learning and participation. Participants will be given a soft copy workbook / workshop notes ahead of each session commencing.
Length - 3.5 hours inclusive of a 15-minute break.
