Richard helps organisations improve their privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce the risk of breaching regulations. Richard has worked with organisations such as Penfolds, Melbourne University and Caritas. Richard also teaches courses in privacy compliance including a new course with Australian Marketing Institute later this year.
