Four essential strategies for building team and business success

Only 21% of surveyed leaders describe their senior leadership team as “strong.” Six in 10 (66%) say their team is “good,” but more than one in 10 (13%) admit their senior leadership is “dysfunctional.” (1)

To scale, you need strong leadership.

John Spence is recognised as one of the top leadership development experts in the world. In 2023, he was named in the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers for both Coaching and Culture (Thinkers360).

John has reshaped thinking at Apple, Microsoft, Forbes, NASA, Thinkers50 and Coca-Cola, and was named one of America’s Top 50 Leaders to Watch by the American Management Association. John’s also guest lectured at MIT, Stanford, Cornell, and the Wharton School of Business.

In this entertaining 3-week live virtual senior leadership program John will draw from the latest research plus his experience as a CEO to guide teams on 4 key focus areas for success, distilled as the formula:

(Talent + Culture + Extreme Customer Focus) x Discipline Execution
= Business Excellence

Each class will consist of one hour of presentation and interactivity, followed by 15 minutes of question-and-answer sessions. The content will be fast-paced, rich with information, and focused on real-world tools and ideas that can be immediately implemented to grow your organisation.

Executive teams will leave with a solid understanding of the fundamental building blocks of organisational success and a specific set of tools to effectively execute them.
