“It is Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace” is the theme of World Mental Health Day on October 10. 

In Day 2 of Mental Health & Wellbeing week Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe will help us develop a new daily routine to boost productivity and reduce anxiety in Recharge - 5 Pillars of Resilience. Then in Day 3 Jenna Hermans author of Chaos to Calm will show us 5 ways to break free from feeling overwhelmed. We finish the week off with author Keith Roberts who teaches us to Level up our Life with an inspiring and actionable keynote that emphasizes the power of continuous self-improvement and goal-setting.
