“It is Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace” is the theme of World Mental Health Day on October 10. 

To kick-off the week psychological safety expert Dr. Carly Moulang will focus on The Cost of Burnout in Workplace Australia. Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe will then help us develop a new daily routine to boost productivity and reduce anxiety in Recharge - 5 Pillars of Resilience. Jenna Hermans author of Chaos to Calm will show us 5 ways to break free from feeling overwhelmed. To finish the week off author Keith Roberts teaches us to Level up our Life with an inspiring and actionable keynote that emphasizes the power of continuous self-improvement and goal-setting.

  • 11:50am - 12:30pm Panel Discussion: Psycho-social hazards and the key to working well.

Practitioners will share insights on recognising psychosocial risks in the workplace and how organisations can stay educated to comply to new laws but also lead thriving workplaces.
