Derek's educational background in Psychology from the University of New South Wales, combined with his qualification as a Qualified Professional Researcher from The Research Society, provides a strong foundation for his exceptional work. His passion for understanding implicit and explicit drivers and their impact on categories, brands, and organisations has earned him numerous awards for his conference presentations and outstanding business achievements.
