Insights can be used effectively to influence consumer and shopper behaviour at each stage of the decision making journey. The challenge is in finding the right insight and leveraging it at the right place and in the right way.

This masterclass will help you to develop robust inisghts from multiple sources and know how to leverage each insight to influence strategy, communications and activations.
