Rachel is a strategic marketer, brand and employer brand strategist and insights professional with over 28 years' experience understanding and motivating people to transform organisations to be brand-driven and human-centric. With nine years client-side and nine in agencies, Rachel has been operating her own consultancy for the last nine years. Her 'one brand, people first approach' has been developed from experience across variety of industries, organisation size and structures, audiences and markets. The Healthy Brand Company engages customers, employees and stakeholders to build and align brand, employer brand and responsible business strategies, drive business results and raise brand value. Complementing her Certified Practising Marketer, Rachel is also a Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR) with The Research Society.
