Michael Neale is Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Literally Brilliant, a strategic marketing consultancy company that helps businesses understand what makes them BRILLIANT in the eyes of their customer, helps them to articulate that brand promise in narrative form, and then helps to reorganise their business to help them deliver that brand promise LITERALLY every day.
Michael sits on several advisory boards and chairs the international Acoustics Thought Leadership Council for Acoufelt.
He is a public speaker on the topics of Customer First Focus, Trust in Business and Trust in Marketing Communications - Specifically Product Placement.
Prior to commencing as a consultant, Michael had a distinguished career as a marketing practitioner as Director of Marketing at ERA Technology in the UK, Director of Marketing and Strategic Communications at the University of Adelaide and Chief Marketing Officer for the San Remo food group, one of the most successful Australian owned food businesses.
Michael is a thought leader. He is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Adelaide and has recent publications in leading academic journals. He is Chair of the Bay to Birdwood, one of the world’s great historic motoring events, and a Trustee of the History Trust of South Australia.
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the AMI and a CPM.
