The Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) Victorian State Committee and T garage bring you some of the industry’s most experienced and engaged thought leaders to explore how trust has become one of the most valuable assets a brand can own, and one of the easiest to lose.

Join senior marketing leaders from FMCG, retail and financial services as they explore what it takes to build credibility, relevance and lasting customer relationships when expectations are changing faster than ever.

From cost-of-living pressures and shifting consumer values to the rise of AI and growing scepticism towards institutions, our panellists will discuss how brands can stay authentic when customers are questioning more and believing less.

Drawing on research, customer insight and real-world experience, the conversation will unpack how leading brands listen, respond and act in ways that strengthen trust and loyalty over time.

Moderated by T garage’s Director of Strategy and Partner, Jed Simpfendorfer, you will hear insights from:

  • Belinda Anderson | Nando’s Australia and New Zealand - Head of Growth Marketing
  • Chris Cramond | Aware Super – General Manager – Member Strategy, Product and Experience
  • Anand Surujpal | Patties Food Group - Chief Marketing and Growth Officer

Get ready for expert insights, thoughtful discussion, practical perspectives, and valuable networking with a room full of experienced marketers who understand the challenges and opportunities shaping the profession today.

The AMI Victorian State Committee, led by State Chair Kate Coleridge, looks forward to welcoming you.
