Andrew has spent most of his career helping technology businesses move from early traction to repeatable, scalable growth, usually in environments where expectations are high, resources are finite, and the margin for error is small.
Most recently, Andrew has spent almost 13 years at Netwealth, an ASX100 SaaS fintech, where he was the head of marketing and scaled the marketing, direct sales and user experience function alongside the CEO and executive team. During that time, he transformed the brand from a challenger brand into a category leader, lifting prompted brand awareness materially from 12% to 56%, growing their opt-in audience sixfold, and built a multi-disciplinary team of 25 across marketing, UX, direct sales and brand.
