A creative, energetic and customer-obsessed marketer with strong commercial acumen, Corrina has led and inspired high-performing marketing teams for brands including Target, Australia Post, Borders, Blockbuster and Symbion.

Corrina firmly believes in the incredible power of brands and loves nothing more than delving into the wonderful world of brand strategy and identity creation. With a career spanning senior roles at Subway, City Cave Float & Wellness and ALDI, Ben brings over 17 years of experience driving commercial growth, cultural relevance, and creative impact across global brands, franchise systems, and purpose-led organisations.


Swati Jain, Director, Strategic Projects, APACSA region | McCain Foods

Swati Jain is a senior business leader with more than two decades in CPG, retail and direct marketing. She has steered major brands at McCain Foods, Avon, Danone, Yum! and GSK, delivering category leadership, market expansions and multi-million-dollar turnarounds.

As McCain’s Director, Strategic Projects, APACSA region, Swati has launched new portfolios, revitalised underperforming categories and driven organisational transformations that improved growth, profitability and engagement. At Avon, she redefined brand strategy during the pandemic, spearheaded award-winning campaigns and introduced high-margin categories. Her time at Danone saw her create entirely new business lines, scale innovations to significant topline share and lead market entries from the ground up.

Swati’s hallmark is turning white-space potential into market leadership through strategic clarity, sharp execution and team performance. She blends insight-driven marketing with operational discipline to create lasting commercial value and competitive advantage.

A native of Singapore, and a migrant to Australia, Clarence was able to pivot into the training and assessment industry after spending the first part of his career as a financial communications and public affairs consultant.
