Luke Gibson, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer | Perfection Fresh Australia 

Luke brings over 20 years of experience in food, marketing and branding, with a strong focus on driving growth in the food and FMCG sectors. 

Currently serving as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Perfection Fresh, Luke leads a dynamic team responsible for branding, marketing, innovation, new product development, and external communications. His strategic vision has been instrumental in positioning Perfection Fresh’s portfolio of brands and delivering a robust pipeline of consumer-driven initiatives. 

Before joining Perfection Fresh in 2020, Luke honed his expertise in marketing and product leadership roles at Nestlé and General Mills, working across diverse food categories in regional and global roles spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland. Beyond FMCG, he has worked in publishing, media, retail, and the not-for-profit sectors, broadening his perspective on brand strategy and consumer engagement.

Susie White, General Manager of Innovation and Disruption | Asahi Beverages

Susie White is the General Manager of Innovation & Disruption at Asahi Beverages, driving transformative growth in beverages and beyond. She has held leadership roles at global FMCG giants like P&G, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mondelez, founded an award-winning consultancy, launched a pioneering start-up, and authored a best-selling book. Susie blends commercial acumen with entrepreneurial creativity to unlock game-changing innovation.



Michael Magee, Chief Marketing and Category Officer - APAC Developed Markets | Kraft Heinz

Michael’s key responsibility at Kraft Heinz is to lead the growth agenda across the region, whilst building marketing capabilities especially in digital and omnichannel disciplines. 

Michael previously worked at Mars Incorporated as Global Vice President Growth Acceleration where he led the development of Mars Growth Legacy Program. This program delivered over $200m incremental sales in 3 years. Michael also served as Vice President of Marketing UK Chocolate and prior to his global role as Vice President Marketing Europe and Eurasia.

Michael has been involved in running FMCG brands and businesses since the start of his career. Michael previously worked for Kraft Foods as Marketing Director and interim Managing Director for their Australia and New Zealand business.  Before Kraft he spent 18 years at Cadbury Schweppes and was Chief Marketing Officer for the Group businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
