Patrick Lencioni
Patrick Lencioni is the pioneer of the organisational health movement and one of the world’s foremost experts on leadership and teamwork. As an author, speaker, consultant and CEO of the Table Group, Pat has spent the last 20 years shaping the organisational health movement by helping leaders develop cohesive teams and engaged employees. Clients have included EY, Google, Microsoft, Hilton, Cisco Systems, Gartner, the NBA and NFL.
He is the author of 13 books, which have sold over 8 million copies and been translated into more than 30 languages. Prior to founding the firm in 1997, Pat worked at Bain & Company, Oracle Corporation and Sybase. Pat lives in the Bay Area with his wife and four boys.
