  • Are you keen to truly engage your stakeholders?
  • Would you like a highly productive way to strategize and explore ideas?

If you answered yes to any of the above, join us for this highly interactive session, where you’ll deep dive into brilliant shortcuts that can transform the way you engage with and communicate change with your customers and significantly, put information in a way that neuroscience tells us our brain loves. Most importantly, anyone can do this. That’s right, absolutely anyone (no matter what you think your level of ability is!) That’s a promise.

Who should attend:

Anyone wanting to take their facilitation and communication to another level. Whilst the program is specifically focused on drawing and using this for storytelling and problem solving, the principles can be used across a whole array of visual communication.

Topics Covered

  1. The Neuroscience of why our brain loves visual communication
  2. The no.1 thing that kills people’s ability to draw
  3. How to see the world in shapes so you can literally draw whatever you like
  4. How to create empathy by drawing people in your visual communication (goodbye stick figure!)
  5. How to use colour to create easy to follow flow charts and diagrams
  6. Simple strategy diagrams that cut through all the clutter
  7. How to use visual communication to make the complex simple and develop great stories

Learning Outcomes:

  • Take your own workshops to another level
  • Developing a new way of thinking – what does that look like?
  • Learning to draw what you see, not what you think you see!
  • The confidence to stand up in front of a room and say ‘let me draw that’
  • Demystify complex concepts with visual elements
  • Communicate with key stakeholders more efficiently
  • Be able to easily prototype an idea using design thinking principles
  • Stop killing your audience with PowerPoint

  • Easily explain concepts in a workshop setting

Course experience

The program is highly practical and hands on. Participants are taught a technique and they then practice and apply it to explore further in a context that is important to them.

Delegates will leave with a tool kit covering all course material, a resource guide for in person and digital facilitation and a hot to guide for drawing over 30 icons.
