For twenty years, David has worked within client, agency and consultancy organisations to define and deliver customer strategy and marketing operations across FSI, Government, Retail and Consumer Products.
Before joining Deloitte, he ran strategy and media at McCann where he was consistently celebrated as one of the top marketing strategists within the region.
At Deloitte, David leads the CMO agenda and the Marketing, Data and Technology Melbourne team. Within this role he has helped some of Australia’s biggest marketing organisations build the marketing functions of the future through marketing strategy, operations, capability and technology integration.

Kevin Ramsdale
Chief Marketing Officer Judo Bank
Kevin has over 25 years ’ experience in Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales and Service across a diverse range of industries and operating environments. His experience spans the banking, insurance, leisure, retail, health and automotive sectors with an emphasis on transformation, leveraging data to drive growth, building teams and delivering commercial outcomes aligned to corporate strategy.
Kevin joined Judo Bank in 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer to support delivery of Judo ’s purpose of becoming Australia ’s most trusted SME Business Bank. Prior to Judo, Kevin was the Executive General Manager of Membership at RACV with responsibility for Digital, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Communications and Community.
In this role Kevin was able to build capability to deliver top line growth in member numbers, improve digital channel performance and product sales and deepen relationships with members. Prior to RACV Kevin held a range of senior leadership roles at JB HiFi, NAB, Bupa and the Ford Motor Company.

Ben Styles
Chief Product and Marketing Officer, Atomic
Ben specialises in leading product and product-marketing teams through the uncertain and ‘never-done’ existence that is strategy and execution of hyper growth products.
Prior to helping grow both Flare and Propel Ventures, Ben established Xero's financial services team in 2014, and led the early developments with major banks across the globe to enable customers to connect their bank accounts to Xero. As Executive General Manager of Product, Ben established Xero’s Credit and Data Products, Payments, and Lending businesses including acquisition deal thesis and target identification. Ben’s team consisted of 95 people across Australia, New Zealand, The USA, and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Xero Ben built an Australian competitor to Square for National Australia Bank, launched new payment products with Visa and Mastercard, and led customer strategy, pricing, and research for Retail and Small Business Foreign Currency Exchange products.

Lisa Teh

Lisa is unhealthily obsessed with all things digital. She is currently well and truly down the Web3 rabbit hole and recently founded Mooning, a marketing agency focused on helping brands find success in this new phase of the internet. She is also the Founder of Digital Marketing Company CODI Agency which specialises in social media management, content creation and influencer campaigns. She and the team have worked with global companies such as Uber Eats, Lenovo and L'Oreal.
She is the Co-Founder of online platform Lisnic a business and experts and listings platform that helps people scale their business.
She is also the co-host of the Lisnic podcast where she's interviewed some of the world's top entrepreneurs including Netflix Co-Founder Marc Randolph, Gary Vaynerchuk and Grant Cardone, the co-host of the Superist podcast which is focused on Web3 and the CODI Cast which focuses on marketing strategy.
