A discussion around consumer behaviour changes with the fundamental focus of ‘’How to get consumers to":

Notice My Brand
Want My Brand
Buy My Brand

We will share trends at a local, national and global level. Is it the continuous consumer loop or marketing funnel?! We will discuss why marketing fundamentals are vital in digital marketing, and debate vanity metrics versus outcomes. The breakfast session will include Keynote Speaker, National Head of Digital Client Growth & Capability who will delve into trends including data, and the now every going / continuous cookie conversation!

A deeper focus on:

Data: why quality, governance, privacy should be at the forefront of your mind and some things to take into consideration.

Commerce: the motion between bricks and clicks! Why speed and UX will continue to be a priority.
