“Put your company’s first-party data to use for marketing & advertising strategy,” they say. That’s easier said than done, isn’t it? Rest assured you’re not alone; few organisations are completely happy with how they are using their data. But improvements deliver great benefits!

We invite you to a Zoom Q&A Session with indie advertising services agency Audience Group, ready to consult on the challenges marketers are facing in terms of first party data access & usage.

Whenever Audience Group runs webinars on first-party data topics, they get such great questions at the end but there’s never enough time to answer them all. So, we thought we’d create a ‘webinar’ that’s all Q&A session. Audience Group will bring its co-founder / Managing Director plus its Directors of Analytics and Technology. You bring your questions!

Key Takeaways:

  • What is one thing you’d like to know more about, when it comes to your customers?
  • What are your data access challenges?
  • What types of data do you wish you had?
  • How can you work with your IT team, business leaders and partners to get the data you need?
  • Or perhaps you’d like advice on what data you should go hunting for, within your business

About the presenters:

Tom Evans
Managing Director and Co-Founder
Audience Group

After a not-so short stint on the product side at Microsoft, Tom embraced a career in branding, digital, advertising and media strategy. Tom kicked off his 22+ years in this second phase of his career with Director roles at TW2 Digital in the UK before founding and helming Iconic Brand Agency as Managing Director for nine. After selling his London agency to GroupM, his first role in Australia was as Head of Client Service and Digital at Decoder. Then he and James joined forces to co-create independent agencies Blue Pencil (advertising), Audience Group (media strategy) and Audience Analytics.

Sean Cooper
Director Analytics

Sean Cooper is an established direct marketer who segued into data analytics and successfully delivered over 100 data analytics and customer management engagements in the last 15 years. Cooper started as a Data Planner at EHS Brann (later Havas) in the early 90s. In the intervening thirty odd years, Cooper held Account Manager and Group Account Director roles at agencies in the UK before moving on to Business Director and Managing Director roles in Hong Kong at OgilvyOne and Rapp Collins Worldwide, respectively. Cut to 2003 and he began a 12-year stint as Chief Commercial Officer at Torque Data, helping companies optimise commercial outcomes through the intelligent use of data.

Damon Mudge

Director Technology

When it comes to data integration, Mudge is the data whisperer. He’s the IT whisperer between marketing and the rest of the business, including the C-suite. At Audience group, Mudge helps clients access and improve visibility of the data they have and connect that data to advertising investment and performance. Mudge’s previous roles include managing extensive IT infrastructure, operational and process modernisation at The Heart Foundation, where a 12-month stint as Project Manager turned into 14 years with the organisation culminating in what were essentially CIO and COO roles. He moved on to the Children’s Hospital Foundation as COO, then spent the last four years managing his own consultancy, Nomad Consolidated.
