Launching a creative and innovative take on the historic milk man, bringing it into the digital age and it wasn’t a tech startup or digital agency that had relaunched this ‘new’ service… It was Australia’s oldest dairy.

Sam started his career working as a policy advisor in the Federal Government, primarily as a speech writer, policy/strategy advisor and backbench liaison. He is now working as eComm Manager at Brownes Dairy, and has been with the business for three years. Starting his journey with Brownes in the Marketing team as the CHILL and Yogo boss, he was a core member of the team that launched the Milko service in 2020, and it now forms one of his core responsibilities as a member of the digital team.

Nicole has FMCG blood running through her veins, having had the pleasure of working on iconic Nestle confectionery brands in the UK, and Lion beer brands here in Australia. A detour to the RAC followed by a few years working on her greatest NPD of all - her two kids - saw her return to her roots when she joined the Brownes Dairy team in Perth to head up the marketing department in 2017.

Hayley is the Marketing Manager for award-winning digital performance agency,
Bonfire. She has been immersed in the WA marketing landscape for 10 years, developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies within the aged care, education, and government sectors. She is passionate about helping brands in understanding and shaping consumer behaviour to positively influence marketing decisions and evolve their businesses. Hayley has significant experience writing winning award submissions and wrote the award submissions that helped Bonfire win AMI’s “2020 Marketing Agency of the Year” and Campaign Brief WA’s “ 2021 Best of Year - Use of Data.”

In his role as a Digital Solutions Advisor with Business Station, Joff provides strategic focus and identifies opportunities for businesses to leverage technology, as part of the Commonwealth's Digital Solutions program. Passionate about helping others to succeed, Joff is also part of the Centre for Accessibility Australia team, seeking to alleviate hardship for people with disability using online services and drive conversation on digital access and inclusion.

In her 10+ years as a marketer, her clients have spanned many industries and she’s worked alongside soloprenuers, international marketing agencies, SMBs, NFPs and government departments.
She’s most at home in the hospitality, events and tourism niche after her previous career running some of Perth’s best known hotels.
Carma confidently walks the breadth of the marketing gambit – from strategy, implementation, analysis and optimisation of both organic and paid social media content and loves nothing more than pulling all the pieces together to go beyond brand awareness and actually make an impact on the bottom line.
This passion for social media marketing has also led to Carma’s ongoing relationship with Edith Cowan University as a Seasonal Academic, tutoring Social Media Marketing students under the School of Business and Law in Joondalup.
She’s been published across the globe as a subject matter expert in Facebook Advertising and Social Media Strategy, most notably by Social Media Examiner – the world’s largest digital marketing publisher.
