Rachael is the Group Executive - Marketing and Communications for SAGE Group. Through its specialist brands, SAGE Group offers a comprehensive suite of industrial digitalisation solutions, bringing together the brightest people and best technology to create a Smarter Future, Better World.

Rachael's unique approach to customer engagement, advocacy and brand differentiation was developed whilst leading marketing communications for premium hotel brands, including Parkroyal, Hilton, Conrad and Hayman.

Joining SAGE in 2009 as the first marketing role for the business, Rachael has since established a strong marketing capability, supporting the company's broad diversification, uniquely positioning SAGE in its markets. This includes establishing four new company brands, the successful integration of four business acquisitions and international expansion, while the business has doubled its employees and tripled its revenue.

As a member of the SAGE Group Executive Team, Rachael leverages analytical rigour and a creative approach to ensuring customer value is maximised and business growth continues.
