Topic and Focus:

Marketing in a Crisis – The SATC Experience

“2020 has challenged my team and I in ways we’ve never seen before, yet we have managed to also do some of our best work. That’s because marketing is critical in the good and the bad times, and we’ll explore in this session what I’ve learnt and what our experience has been trying to get through this difficult time”. - Brent Hill

We will be discussing:

  • How we approached COVID19, having learnt from the bush fires of New Year 2020, and then how we responded to the unfolding pandemic, and now on the way out – into recovery.
  • The important marketing principles that apply and that emerged for us, and how we’ve surfed our way through it, to grow our share of voice and maintain our brand.
  • How this could be applied in your business, and things you can think about in your business now and into the future.
