I am a highly motivated and dynamic marketing professional with over 15 years' experience, spanning diverse industries within private and not-for-profit organisations. In my current role as Marketing Business Lead at Uniting, I leverage my unique skillset to lead a dedicated team across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and the Early Learning businesses.
With a commercial focus on delivering sustainable performance in alignment with the organisation’s social objectives, I balance creativity with strategic thinking to design and implement effective plans and initiatives that create and capture value across multiple dimensions of the value chain. I am a holistic marketer with complementing capabilities in business model transformation, growth and innovation. My marketing experience combines brand building and performance marketing with key strengths in developing strategy, project management, integrated marketing communications, social and digital media strategy, while fostering a collaborative culture and driving high performing teams.
I hold a Master of Marketing and a Master of Business Administration Executive (with Excellence) from UNSW Sydney, and have studied International Business in China. I am professionally trained in Human Centered Design (UNSW Business School) and proactively facilitate workshops to address complex issues to find solutions that improve processes, promote efficiencies and deliver superior customer experience and outcomes.
I was featured in the AFR’s Boss magazine in 2019 for my innovative thinking and growth mindset following the transformational change I led within my organisation, and selected as one of the top four finalists in CEO Magazine’s 2020 Executive Awards for CMO of the Year. I am the proud recipient of the prestigious Sir Walter Scott Scholarship of 2021, which was awarded to me whilst undertaking my final year of Executive MBA studies with AGSM.
