Adrian has over 15 years in manufacturing & marketing experience including 5 years in retail. Adrian has an MBA, Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Marketing, Advanced Diploma in OH&S and is a Certified OHS Practitioner with the Safety Institute of Australia . Adrian is a member of many organisations including the Australian Institute of Management, Australian Institute of Marketing, Kaizen Institute, Industry skills council & Industrial Relations society of Australia to name a few. Adrian has been on many boards & Committees including, Standards Australia, Manufacturing Skills Australia & ANTA (Australian National Training Board).
Adrian has had over 10 years experience with lean management and has implemented many of these systems and principles into a large cross section of businesses. Adrian has participated and spoke about lean to many industry groups out lining the advantages of Industry 4.0 demonstrating how the lean culture can be implemented into any business no matter how big or small. Adrian has worked with many Australian & overseas companies and has been instrumental in setting up business relationships including purchases and partnerships
